Floor plans are good but the flats are extremely high priced. The area around Jakur is not developed like JP nagar or hsr to pay 2cr for a 3 bhk flat .. the maximum worth of a 3bhk can be 1.5cr . They need to relook at their pricing and stop false marketing by saying more than 50% flats are already sold ..

The sales team don't know anything. They have no idea about what amenities they are providing and how it works. For every question they have just one answer " I need to check with our technical team". I would suggest you to keep your technical person to be available when you deal with customer.

Interested buyers should probably take technical team's appointment before visiting, else it could turn out to be a waste of time to just walk in.
